Moving Home

There are four ways in which rental tenants can move to a different home; a brief description of each scheme is listed below:

 

> Transfer

For tenants seeking to move to another Midsummer home either because of a housing need (e.g. overcrowding) or through choice. There is also a scheme for Midsummer tenants wishing to join Milton Keynes Council transfer list.

> Mutual Exchange

For tenants who wish to exchange their home with that of another tenant whose landlord is Midsummer, another housing association or local authority.
