Homes 2 Own UK specialists in Home Ownership

 

Midsummer Housing Association, the shared ownership specialist of the Guinness Trust Group, is going national to provide a more effective affordable housing service countrywide.

Launching its new sales arm ‘Homes 2 Own UK’ this week, Midsummer will be marketing and selling their own and the Guinness Trusts’ home ownership portfolio, including the government funded HomeBuy product, as well as developing agency sales services for partnering housing associations.
