Tender for new cleaning contractors

Midsummer is in the process of inviting tenders through the Official Journal of the European Union for a cleaning contractor on a long-term agreement to take on the responsibility of:

• Cleaning of the common parts of buildings, including entrance areas and stairwells; and
• Window cleaning to the common parts of buildings both internal and external.

The reason for this new long-term agreement is to ensure a fair price is sought for Midsummer and our customers, and to help provide a consistently high level of service.
