Guinness Midsummer provides a variety of rental homes for single people, families and the elderly. Many of our homes are in Milton Keynes but we do have some schemes in Northamptonshire and Bedforshire

We also manage 1800 properties on behalf of Guinness Trust in Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Huntingdon and South Cambridgeshire, plus a further 39 properties for Gloucestershire Housing Association.

Although we manage nearly 3500 homes the number of properties that are available to let each year is very small.

Shared Ownership Housing

Guinness Midsummer is a leading provider of shared ownership homes, with the majority of our schemes in Milton Keynes and the South Midlands. We develop approximately 200 new shared ownership homes each year, as well as selling shared ownership homes on behalf of our existing residents, the Guinness Trust and other housing associations under our sales and marketing arm ‘Homes 2 Own UK’.

Shared ownership is a part buy/part rent scheme where you buy a share in a home, normally by raising a mortgage, and pay rent for the share you have not purchased. The scheme is suitable for people who can't quite afford to buy outright or who have savings to meet the cost of the share to be purchased.
