Rental Homes

How you apply for Midsummer's rental homes depends on your circumstances and the type of home you are looking for.

Homes for single people, couples and families
Our rental homes have been built using money provided by local authorities or other public bodies including the Housing Corporation and English Partnerships.

In return for this money we give local authorities and English Partnerships what are called nomination rights to our rental homes. This means that we do not have our own waiting list.

Homes for the elderly
Midsummer has a number of one and two bedroom bungalows as well as a sheltered housing scheme in Milton Keynes.
