Providing an efficient and cost effective repairs service to our residents is very important to us and as such we have formed a partnering agreement with Connaught Partnerships Ltd to deliver improved maintenance services to our rental tenants. The partnership also encourages residents to become more involved with the repairs they receive, dealing direct with the contractor ensuring a high level of service is maintained at all times.
